環境改善目標を決定

まず、会社の「環境改善目標」を立てることからスタートしました。「KES」の場合、環境改善目標を決めるためのチェックリストが有り、それをチェックしていけば必然的に会社のウィークポイントがわかる仕組みになっています。そのウィークポイントが会社の改善目標になりまります。　　
　シュガーコーナーの環境改善目標は
　（１）グリーン調達（エコ商品の購入）
　（２）環境教育（月例会議・ECO通信制作）
　（３）廃棄物分別とリサイクル
　（４）省資源化（コピー用紙使用量削減）
　（５）省エネルギー化（電力使用量削減）
　（検討項目）クライアントへの制作物のエコ化提案準備と推進！

会社だからといっても内容は家庭で行えることばかり。環境保全は生活が基本ってことですね。唯一「検討項目」がデザイン事務所っぽい内容です。エコ商品を買ったり、ゴミの分別やリサイクル、電気や紙の節約が会社の改善目標です。「なんだ、カンタンじゃない」と思ったら大間違い。すべてに数値が求められます。つまり、昨年度より月々どのくらい改善されているかを計算し、常に記録していかなければいけないのです。まず、去年の電気代やコピー用紙使用量の洗い出しから始めました。

先日、夏休み中の息子をつれて日大スイミングのレッスンに行きました！実は泳げなかったのですが昨年夏に６日間の集中レッスン（日大水泳部の選手が指導してくれて１万円というありがたいお値段！）で６日目にはクロールで50m泳げるようになりました！（感謝、感謝）今年は100mが目標です！そういえば、プール設備の水道代金が毎月軽く100万を越えるとお兄さんが言ってました。どこのプールも少々薬臭いけど水を大切にするためには我慢しなくてはいけませんね・・・
