自己評価（社内で行う予備テスト）のために、KES本審査の内容に準じて約100項目からなるシュガーコーナーの「自己評価チェックリスト」つまり、予想問題集を作りました。例えば【１】環境宣言を最高経営者が制定した証拠はあるか？【２】宣言文にはKES・環境マネジメントシステム・スタンダードマニュアルの８頁の環境宣言の要求事項がもれなく記述されているか？【３】宣言文を社員全員理解できているか！・・・読んでおわかりのように、質問の内容が理解できるかどうかがポイントです。何を質問されているのかわからないと、資料を探すこともできません。【１】は宣言文の日付、最高責任者の名前などの抜けは無いかをチェックし、完全にできていたらOKです。【２】は8頁に書いてある、KESの要求事項の６項目と照らし合わせ、宣言文がすべてを満たしているかどうかチェックします。【３】は宣言文を社内に掲示しているか、webなどで公表しているか、また、覚えるために作った宣言文カードを携帯しているかなどチェックします。自社の環境宣言を覚えるのは基本中の基本。今はトイレにまで貼って覚えてもらっています。みんなトイレで読んでくれているのでしょうか・・・？
先週末、息子の友達が我が家に泊まりに来てくれました。４年・３年・２年生と総勢６人！スゴクしっかりした４年生の女の子が２人いたので、仕切ってくれるし、叱ってくれるし、ケリも入るし・・・なかなかバランスのいいメンバーで、私が手出ししなくても下の子の面倒はちゃんと見てくれました。ディナーはベランダで手巻き寿司。ネタもすし飯もキレイに平らげました。でも、夜みんな興奮してなかなか眠れないらしく、うるさいので10時くらいから本を読んで聞かせることに。シ〜ンとしていい感じ！１時間くらい読んでバッチリかなと思ったら、寝たのは息子だけ。みんなぱっちりの目で結局深夜２時すぎまで起きておしゃべりを満喫！キリが無いので、最後は私が怒りとばして眠らせました。夏休み最後のイベントがこうして終わりました。
