自己評価員養成講座2

昨日に続き「KES自己評価員養成セミナー」の報告です。２日目は8人程度のチームに分かれて、具体的な自己評価の演習です。チームリーダーはあみだくじで決めました。私はもし当たった場合、とてもチームリーダーになれないと思ったので、あみだくじによる選出をやめてほしいと申し出ましたが却下されました。当たりくじを引かなかった人はみんな大歓声。私も誰よりも大きな歓声をあげました。演習内容は、架空の会社のずさんな現場管理状態の写真を見て、不適合な部分とその根拠を各チームで話し合うというもの。チームリーダーはみんなで考えた質問を現場管理者に扮した講師に次々となげかけます。そうして、ずさんな管理を探り出したり指摘したりします。この時、評価員側に落ち度があってはいけないので、両者が納得して審査をすすめるのがポイント！自己評価員は対話を心がけ、相手の気持ちをくむ事が重要だそうです。審査を受ける側が今後も頑張ろうと言う気持ちにならないと効率的に改善がすすまないからです。また、評価員の書類１つで、担当者の給料が下がる場合もあるとか。十分な配慮が必要だということはわかりましたが、私に務まるかどうか不安になりました。ようするに、ムカついても平静に対応できる人格者でないといけないってことですよね。

最後に２日間の総まとめのテストを受けて無事終了。「修了証書」をもらって帰りました。こんな賞状は調理師の資格を取って以来です。次の日、社長にみせたら「環境大臣どの」と言って手渡してくれました。ちょっとうれしかったです。
